Supporting student mental health is a shared responsibility, and your daily interactions make a powerful difference. By creating safe, welcoming classrooms and noticing changes in mood, behavior, or engagement, we can respond early and help students feel seen and supported.

BECOME A HERE TO HELP ADULT

“Here to Help Adults” are Department faculty and staff who are committed to supporting students and promoting the “Here to Help” movement featuring the "HELP" readiness acronym to address students’ mental health and well-being. To attain a “Here to Help Adult” certificate, take the four (4) “Here to Help” virtual training modules.

ParentGuidance.org understands that parenting is a challenging and oftentimes overwhelming experience.
Free parenting coach and therapist-created content are available to help you navigate the ups and downs with confidence.

ParentGuidance.org also offers free, on-demand courses on topics like Anxiety & Depression, Body Image, Bullying, Grief and Loss, Technology, and more, as well as an Ask the Therapist section which drills down into many topics that may be affecting your student.
